Build 20 — Strava strength fix & rest-timer polish

A rehab or strength session that Strava had been filing as "Yoga" — with the exercises dropped — now uploads as Weight Training, every set landing in Strava's strength log. The between-sets rest timer also gets a cleanup: RPE runs the full 1–10, the redundant "planned" label is gone, the section title no longer shows twice, and the reps count sits right under its number.

Strava

  • Strength sessions upload as strength. A physio or rehab workout that carried a “mobility” tag was being classified as Yoga, which skipped Strava’s structured set upload — so the activity arrived with none of its exercises. Now any session with real resistance work (reps or weight on a logged set) uploads as Weight Training, and each set lands in Strava’s strength log and muscle map. A pure mobility session with only timed holds still goes up as Yoga.

Rest timer

  • RPE runs 1–10. The optional effort rating after a set now offers the full one-to-ten scale instead of 6–10, with the chips spread evenly across the row.
  • Less chrome. The ”60s planned” label is gone — the big countdown already tells you how long the rest is.

Workout runner

  • One section title. The block name showed both in the top bar and again above the exercise name; only the top one stays, with the “Ex 03 / 12” counter keeping its place.
  • Reps, clearly labelled. The “REPS” caption now sits directly beneath the big number it describes instead of floating off to one side.
