Drive Aski from Claude, without the setup
The site already showed how to let any chatbot write your workouts as text files. There’s now a faster path for Mac users: the Aski MCP server wires Claude — Desktop or Code — straight into the same iCloud workout files the app syncs, so Claude lists, reads, creates, and revises your workouts itself.
- One-click install. The homepage hosts the server as a Claude Desktop
Extension (
aski-mcp.mcpb). Download it, double-click, and Claude Desktop installs theaskitools — no terminal, no JSON editing. - Open in Claude. A button hands Claude a starter prompt so you can try the tools the moment the extension is in place.
- CLI and manual setup too. The same section keeps the
claude mcp addcommand and theclaude_desktop_config.jsonblock for Claude Code and hand-configured setups.
Everything stays local — the server only ever touches the iCloud folder on your own Mac.
