Timed exercises
- Set an exercise to time instead of reps. Building a workout, you can now switch any set to a timer — a 60-second plank, a 30-second hold — right where you set reps and weight.
- Keep counting if you hold longer. Turn on open-ended and the timer won’t stop you at the target; it counts up so you can hold as long as you can and log the real time. You can still flip this per set during a session.
A tidier coach
- The coach formats its replies now. Headings, bullet lists, bold, and code read as they should instead of showing raw markdown symbols.
Fixes and polish
- The Log button stays put. Add a stack of sets and the button to log them no longer drifts off the bottom of the screen — the list scrolls, the button stays.
- A calmer rest timer. Dropped the little progress bar under the countdown, on the phone and on the Lock Screen / Dynamic Island. The big number is enough.
- Quicker set corrections. The pop-up for fixing a logged set’s reps, weight, or time now opens at the right height, so Save is there without scrolling.
